The Playford College Community Hub is a dedicated space that fosters connection, learning, and growth for families and community members.
Situated within the heart of our school community, the Hub offers a diverse range of free programs and services, including:
- Playgroups and early years development activities
- English language support
- Cooking, sewing, and creative workshops
- Parenting programs and childminding services
- Food relief and essential item distribution
- Volunteer and student placement opportunities
In 2024, the College introduced the ‘Little Believers Playgroup’, a structured Islamic program that supports early childhood faith development through guided play and learning, based on Islamic pedagogy.
Programs are delivered each term and are regularly updated to meet the evolving needs of the community. Many sessions are facilitated by the School Counsellor and College Sheikh, providing both practical and spiritual guidance.
Playford College is proud to host the Community Hub and remains committed to strengthening families and building a supportive, inclusive environment. New participants are always welcome.
